1. General Terms and Acceptance

Any activities conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you shall be liable for all transactions and activities.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach, you must immediately notify lit365 customer support. We will investigate such reports and take appropriate action. However, you remain responsible for all activity on your account until we have been notified and have had reasonable time to respond.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

lit365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion if we believe:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms

• Required identity verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe
